Office hours are 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM. If you will be arriving after 5:00 PM, arrangements must be made for key pick up.
- NO PETS permitted in rental units.
- Maximum number of guests for Unit #1053:
2 Bedroom - Sleeps 4 to 6
One child under two years of age may be added to above total number of occupants.
- Minimum RESERVATION period 3 nights. Guest periods for less than 3 nights accepted on non-reservation basis only.
- Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit of $300 is received. Deposit converts to Damage Deposit at check-in and is returned within 15 days after departure provided unit and its contents have no damage beyond normal wear and tear and all policies and conditions are followed. If repairs to the unit are required as a result of your stay, we reserve the right to apply the deposit to offset the expense of the repair. Personal checks are preferred for reservation deposits. Deposits are placed in an interest bearing account with interest accruing to Rental Agent. In lieu of a personal check, we will accept VISA, MasterCard, or Discover.
- Rental payment is due upon arrival. Preferable forms of payment: cash, traveler's check, cashiers' check, money orders and personal check and if necessary, we will accept VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.
- On all reservations cancelled, there will be a $25.00 processing fee charged. Cancellation or changes of daily and weekly rentals require 14 days notice , monthly reservations require 60 days notice and two months or more require 90 days notice to avoid forfeiting deposit. Cancellation or early departure (including inclement weather) does not warrant any refund of rent or depost.
- FAMILY RENTAL ONLY. No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults (under 25) unaccompanied by a parent in the unit the entire stay. Reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit security deposits.
- No sub-leasing permitted.
- Throwing and/or dropping ANY object from patios, balconies and/or corridors is grounds for IMMEDIATE EVICTION and forfeiture of rent.
- Violation of any of the condominium rules will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION and forfeiture of rent.
- HOUSEKEEPING. Your unit will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after your departure. You will be resonsible for the cleaning during your stay and for leaving your unit in good condition at check-out. Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned "home". Please treat it, as you would want someone to treat your home. If accommodations are left damaged or unusually messy (such as unwashed dishes, garbage left in the unit or stains on the furniture or carpet), your security depsoit will be charged.
Lost key charge is $5.00. Lock-out charge is $20.00 after office hours.
